Hi I'm Kim, 50, new to this group and new to Zumba. I just did the basic DVD and the 20 minute express workout last night and I was dripping with sweat which is a very good thing. I like intense workouts that let me know that I'm getting a quality workout. I can see a long and happy time learning and doing Zumba as dancing is one of my favorite indoor workouts. so glad I bought the DVD's. kim
The critical ingredient is getting off your butt and doing something. It's as simple as that. A lot of people have ideas, but there are few who decide to do something about them now. Not tomorrow. Not next week. But today.
