I understand completely what you are going through. Mid 30's here too. Have been exercising faithfully everyday of the week (Love Zumba) and have been tracking Weight and Nutrition for about 1 1/2 months and haven't even lost 5 pounds yet, but have lost inches. It is very frustrating, but keep at it and you will see a difference.
Hi I am Kimberly and am trying to keep the pace on this lifestyle journey. I have been on and off but am finally motivated to change for good. I have been at this for about 2 months and have been totally committed. Not seeing a lot of difference in pounds but am starting to feel better in my clothes finally! Now that I am in my mid 30's, it is much tougher to move this weight for sure! Keep on movin' sparkers!
