You should work out in sneakers, period. Yoga is cool for bare feet, but never aerobics in bare feet. You can find an old pair of sneakers and use clear packaging tape or duct tape on the bottom at the ball of the foot if you are comfortable for the pivoting.

I have been doing Zumba for about 3 weeks now. I try to do it atleast 3 times a week if not more. I have been doing the cardio party and I just did the zumba live and flat abs video which was definetly a workout. I want to know what I can do to help my ankles during exercising. I have a low pil carpeted floor and have been exercising in my bare feet. Also, who knows of a cheap calorie counter that is accurate? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks : )
