I'm a Zumba newbie. My friend goes a few times a week and has been raving about how much fun it is, so I decided to join her last night. Normally I just do the same old boring things at the gym (treadmill, bike, weights) but this added so much fun that sometimes I forgot I was working out. I have really weak legs from a back problem I've had from birth, so I was only able to do half of the class, and couldn't do any fancy spins. But, now my goal is to be able to finish a class and do all the moves. I think Zumba is something I can really get into, which will make me actually look forward to working out and losing the weight I want to lose!!
