I had been apart of this site before, but my goals were set to "maintain" and so I never got many results because my diet was still much higher in calories. At the time, of course, I wasn't too interested in losing weight. Now I have a new account for "losing" even though I don't wish to lose much. I mainly want to lose some body fat, tone up and strengthen my muscles, and just have better cardiovascular health. For exercise, I enjoy Zumba (my favorite), yoga, running, swimming, elliptical, free weights, gym machines, and simple workouts that can be done using only my body weight. Also, I've changed my diet to include more healthful things. Overall, this site is probably one of the best I've seen and used. I love the food and fitness tracking! I tell everyone I know who wants to get healthier to visit and start an account. :)
