Hi Party People, I've taken a few classes and they are so fun! I'm heading out tonight for a 60 minute class. I laugh so hard during that class because I make such a fool of myself but in the best way! Great way to burn calories. Now if I were tracking, I noticed they don't have a zumba log but high impact aerobics. Would that be appropriate to log in or should I log it as dancing?
Hi everyone! I just went to Zumba today with my new classes membership at my gym and I loved it! It was so fun and even though I was working out it was not dull or a pain at all. I love to dance so this was the perfect workout for me and I even think that I will have some sore abs tomorrow!
I'm planning on going at least once a week in addition to other aerobics dance classes they have (such as Bhangra and Afro-Latin dance!)
