You can totally do it! Just work at a pace that is challenging but safe for you. If there is a move you can't do yet, just do something to keep your body moving to the music. ZUMBA WORKS BIG TIME! I started out in a size 16 and now I'm in an 8. I used to get bored too! If you combine healthy eating with Zumba, I bet you'll be surprised at how much weight you can lose! I am anxiously awaiting my dvd's arrival so that I can start trying them out. I have tried literally everything under the sun, but it always felt too much like work. I started dancing with the just dance wii game and I love that so I thought I would give zumba a try. I am pretty overweight, is this going to be possible for me to even do?
