Hi! My name is Kelly and I am the health & Wellness director at the department of veterans affairs. I teach zumba at the va and at the white house. I got some great ideas from your forum and it motivated to join spark. I have an 11 month old and while pregnant I put on 70lbs. I have 20 left to get off and I am having a hard time with it but I am hoping spark and this forum will help motivate me :)
