Yes, Zumba is very addicting. I took a class last night, this morning, this evening, and I'm taking a class tomorrow morning. I usually eat fruit or a fiber bar and I drink plenty of water about an hour before class. Your energy may increase once you get used to the class and the movements become more familiar.

I took my first Zumba class the week before thanksgiving and now I can't stay away. i've done it every day this week!!:D One thing I've noticed though, is that when my energy level is down, I can't get the steps as well. Is there something that I can eat such as a banana or nutrition bar about 45 mins before class so that I'll have more energy but won't get a stomach ache? (there is a whole lot of popping in the class I attend ;))
