My name is Susan
Many many moons ago I started this team, then I fell off of the wagon and left SparkPeople for a while because the mountain seemed too large. But now I am back. And I am trying to resuscitate the team and breathe new life into it once again.

I am the mother of 3 daughters.
I am now a Licensed Massage Therapist in MO who travels to my clients. I love what I do.
I have a wonderful circle of very supportive friends.

I am looking forward to seeing what we can do with this team.

Hello, everyone. My goal is to lose 2 pounds a month so this team fits right in! Occasionally though (like this month) I want to lose more so may work on 2 pounds a week sometimes.

I'm Katrina. I am training to run a marathon this October, so I have a way's to go yet. I have at least 20lbs to loose - up to 35.

I haven't seen any progress on the scale in months now. I am still fluctuating around where I was when I started training about 6 weeks ago. It can be frustrating, but I have to find a way to break this cycle.

I am working in a small town in Saskatchewan, but my residence is Calgary, Alberta. I'm a Canadian.
