Congrats on your decision to obtain your final quit! You've come to a great team of supporters even if you happen to slip - we'll still be there to help. The way we see it is that no one is harder on us than ourselves.
Stop in at the --QUITTER'S CAFE'-- to chat & the Pledge board to post a daily NOPE (just a promise to ourselves not to smoke). Also, don't forget to check out the Links in the TEAM LINKS section - some of them are pretty darn good!
Welcome to CLASSY QUITTER'S!

Be careful when you pass judgement on another. Life teaches us lessons in harsh ways when we are mean to others.
Hi everyone my name is Brenda I am almost 47 yrs old and I need to quit smoking again!! The first two times I quit smoking it was easy I just threw them away and that was it, know its much tougher I have to say that I actually enjoy smoking, but as a health care provider I know its not good for you and my four children would be shocked if they new I was smoking. Thats right my kids dont have any idea that I started smoking again almost three years ago, and if I can help it they wont find out. That is why I need to do this..Any help would be appreciated.
