I found this old post while looking around the site. BTW, there is a lot of interesting, helpful and education in these threads! If you ever have spare time I highly suggest browsing! I thought I would pull this up and re-post it. The person who posted it had had 2 heart attacks, an angioplasty and was fighting for her life. She wanted nothing more than to quit smoking. Just some FOOD for thought everyone!Here it is..................
