Perhaps I should have used a different word, - do you Have a suggestion?

the basic concept is Just taking the extra pounds off is not a solution, to many of us have done this over and over
Instead we need to retrain ourselves to just replace the calories we use up

I don't really want to eat like a thin person...I want to eat like a strong and healthy person.
I don't have any desire to ever be considered thin. I love my hips, my breasts, and the bountiful curves that the goddess blessed me with. I just want to be strong, and look better in my clothes.

I just joined SparkPeople at the suggestion of some good friends, and I am glad to find a Pagan Community here as well.
I'm Zira, I've been an ecclectic (Chaotic) left hand path Pagan for over 10 years, and within the past 5 years, found an amazing local Pagan group to hang with and learn from. These people are seriously amazing and I am very fortunate to have found them. :)
I am eager to make some new friends here, in my journey to fitness.
