I would recommend that you try to get very clear about your reasons to lose weight. What is your motivation and what are your goals? Use this to inspire you. Work on a inspiration board (like a poster with pictures, words, quotes) or a scrapbook to inspire you. And try to get 50+ or 100 sparkpoints every day. ;) Doing that will get you on here focusing and learning and getting motivated. Best of luck!
