Hello all. I have been on spark for several months now. After just enjoying a weekend festival at Lothlorien in Indiana I have returned home and am proud to say when I weighed in I maintained my exact weight. After a weekend of indulgence balanced out by a lot of dancing I was very happy with maintenance. I have lost 44 lbs in the last year and still have more to go. The journey has been amazing so far. I am allowing the Goddess within me to shine through and look forward to growing my self esteem while decreasing my waist line. I plan to continue this journey and balance healthy feeding of my body and spirit and look forward to having this group as a motivational boost on my journey.
