REINFORCE your day and all that you've been working so hard to achieve by giving yourself a "pat on the back". Make it a morning RITUAL that while getting ready for your day, you look in the mirror and, OUT LOUD, give yourself a pep talk!
You'll be surprised to find that by REINFORCING and arming yourself with repeated affirmations, you will boost your pride, your self-esteem, your self-worth and will find a pep in your step for the entire day!
By taking proper care of yourself, (ie – diet & exercise) you may be adding days to your life. In essence, you are adding QUANTITY to it; however, you are gaining much more than QUANTITY, you are now also getting QUALITY of LIFE.
Several days ago I suggested writing a list, if you didn’t PRIORITIZE that list, now’s your chance. Using a 1 to 10 system, with #1 being the most important, go thru your list & number each item according to priority. You’ll be amazed at just how helpful PRIORITIZING can be!
