Merry Meet, Bear! I am Tes and new-ish to this site. I hadn't thought of using the Sabbats, Esbats, or moon rituals as a way of accounting for my weight loss. I ran into someone else on this site recently who is meditating on a Tarot card weekly in regards to her weight loss. I have gotten a bit disconnected spiritually and am finding this is a good way to bring myself back around.
