Welcome to the group! You are definitely worth taking the time for yourself to exercise and track. Try chewing gum or brushing your teeth when you feel like snacking. You can do this!!

The choices you make today will determine the path that your life will take.

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

Here I am, just beginning my journey. It feels so good to track my food and exercise again, I don't know why I ever stop.Just hard to do good things for myself, I suppose. I have fibromyalgia, which can really get me down. I work full time, and cook good meals, my downfall is snacking. When I hurt, I tend to eat. I hope that this forum give me the kick in the jeans that I need to resume caring for me!

There is life in the old gal yet.
