Here I am, just beginning my journey. It feels so good to track my food and exercise again, I don't know why I ever stop.Just hard to do good things for myself, I suppose. I have fibromyalgia, which can really get me down. I work full time, and cook good meals, my downfall is snacking. When I hurt, I tend to eat. I hope that this forum give me the kick in the jeans that I need to resume caring for me!
