HI, MY NAME IS KRISTIE AND I LIVE IN IDAHO. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH WEIGHT PROBLEMS FOR MOST OF MY LIFE. I JUST FOUND THIS SITE YESTERDAY, SO FAR IT SEEMS REALLY GREAT, AND I AM REALLY EXCITED. SO FAR I HAVE REALIZED MY PORTIONS ARE WAY TOO FULL OF CALORIES.
ON A POSITIVE NOTE---WHAT TO DO ON A 15 MINUTE BREAK AT THE HOSPITAL? GO TO THE BATHROOM, DRINK A GLASS OF WATER, AND GO ON A 10 MINUTE WALK IN THE BUILDING, BECAUSE "BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE".
I WANT TO EAT TO LIVE, NOT LIVE TO EAT.
