Hello everyone, I am in Idaho Falls and freezing my butt off (if only it were true!) I started spark people today with 86 pounds to lose... I am terrified of failure but my health is being affected and I have children I have to be there for. I currently work an 8-5 office job (secretary spread for 1 please) and I spend the rest of my time being wife and mother. Things are tight (i mean everything but clothes, but you know them too) so I am trying the free online approach because I have no idea what else to do. Tips, tricks, advice, pats on the back... all are welcome! And I will try to do the same for others!
The path I chose to take is my own... join me and walk beside me or get out of my way!
