Hi everyone my name is Ashley. Im in my early 20's... I looked into this site because ive gained A LOT of weight since i got married and had my baby. Like a lot of weight to lose! Around 100 lbs. The things im struggling with is motivation. I get really excited about a diet or exercise program, then after a couple days im "bleh, i dont feel like exercising" or "its ok i will only eat a little" (which it stupid because i definitely have a portion control problem!) I always seem to talk myself into do something i shouldnt, or talking myself out of doing something i should. It would help a lot having something to hold myself accountable to. Im struggling to know what my next step should be to getting healthier. Im excited at the tools this site might bring. Nice meeting you all!
