Hi everyone! I am very excited to be a SparkPerson! ;o) I am 40 years old and want to be healthier than I was when I was 20! I have changed my eating habits (watching my portions and eating more veges and fruit). I am working on finding fun exercises to do, I have a hard time exercising in the heat, does anyone have a hard time in the heat like I do? Thankfully, I have a cool basement I can work out in, so currently I am searching different things on Netflix and on here. Any advice you may have, I would be glad to hear! Thanks!
