Hello there. Never introduced myself to an online team, but there's a first time for everything right? I'm currently a college student here in Idaho and want to have my high school body again (don't we all though?), I tried a few sports in high school, but fell in love with theater. I'm involved in different community theaters around the valley, and was on the student Improv Comedy team at the college for a little bit. I volunteer lots of my time to Operation: Military Kids (if any are interested I'll post a link) and do camp counselling, teach improv and theater, etc. etc. My goals for this fitness journey include learning how to live so that fitness doesn't have to be scheduled. Walking and jogging are my favorite de-stressing activities, but I don't make it a point to go out and actually do them. I want that to change. I live a very busy lifestyle which means that when I do have time to work out I need the most intense, time efficient workout I can possibly stand, any ideas?
