Hi and welcome to the team. I'm sorry to hear about your accident. There are lots of teams and articles here that are specifically dedicated to what you're going through. I hope you find the information you need to lose that 15 pounds!
Glad to have you here!
The choices you make today will determine the path that your life will take.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
I am a grandma who has always been very active. At least I was until I had an accident and broke my kneecap. This injury has really sidelined me and now I find myself gaining more lbs. than I know what to with. I work full time, many days on my feet all day, so consequently, after I get home and get dinner cooked, I find it hard to do any besides sit. I am hoping that if I can lose the 15 lbs that I have gained, maybe the pain will ease up as well.
