Hi,
Very nervous, new to blogs and such. Moved from N.J. to Id. 2.5 yrs ago. My husband and me
love it. I miss nyc. I am 52 and need to drop 30 lbs. I was on the program last year and quit after dropping 12 lbs. Every attempt gives me more insight into my behaviors. The behaviors that sabotage and the ones that kept 7lbs off for this year. This time I am more clear on reasons for weight loss. It is not just a fashion statement for me. It is about taking responsibility for my actions. Health is a beautiful gift. Thank You all.
