Jillian Michaels is great when it comes to setting goals and keeping your motivation. She says to figure out why you want to reach your goal. If you know why you want to make the change, it's easy to keep your motivation. I'd suggest checking out her podcast or some of her books.
The choices you make today will determine the path that your life will take.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

Hello, I am a very unhappy insecure 36 year old woman with two teenage boys. I am happily married to a wonderful man who has no problems that I am currently 162lbs. He loves me at any weight. I am an emotional eater. I eat when I am stressed, depressed, scared, sad, bored, and anxious. I need motivation. I need to get this weight off and get back to my healthy center. I try to log on every day. I try to force myself to walk at least 30 minutes a day. I want to be healthy. I want to get motivated and take this weight off. Help! any suggestions?
