For the belly weight, I've heard that stress is a big factor. Getting enough sleep and learning stress reduction methods should help. Check the sites for articles. I've found them to be very helpful.

The choices you make today will determine the path that your life will take.

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

Hi, I am Kathi Lewis from Pine, ID. We manage the golf course and I lost my son to a heart attack 2 yrs. ago. Since, I have gained 25 pounds after a long battle with auto immune disease and being on steroids. Looking to loose that weight from my Grandson and son. I host a charity event in Ryan's name each year called "Albino Ryno Golf Tournament" and give the proceeds to a charity. I have had alot of trouble loosing belly fat, any ideas? I walk a mile a day.Thanks!
