Welcome to the team. I have the same issue with DH not wanting to eat anything on these menus. I've started making substitutes without telling him. I can make one dinner that is better for me and for him and without the argument. Good luck!

Hello, I am a great Grandmother of 2 and 1 more on the way. I have joined the gym for the first time as I felt like I was withering away. I felt weak, breathless, and with no energy. I started with Water aerobics for artheritis (sp) even though I don't have it, but it is a way to gain my strenth back without the harsh movements and breathlessness. I have been going for a month now and have strenthened my core muscles but haven't lost any weight, which I expected to do. Hmm. I have a little over 40 lbs to lose and it seems like it is going to take forever. Hope you guys can help because my husband is my worst enemy as he thinks buying me sweets is showing me how much he loves me. I think he gets it now but a little late. I looked through your recipes and although they sound really good, my husband will not eat half of that and that would make me cook twice for dinner. HELP.
