Welcome to the team!! You CAN do it!! I agree, don't worry about everyone else. They all started somewhere too and I also agree that most have tunnel vision when they are working out. I know I do! There is a web based program called "couch to 5k" or c25k if you are interested in doing a great run/walk program. There is also a sparkteam following that program. I love running because I can do it alone or with a group and there is no pressure. The only one I am competing with is me. Good luck!

Change your name to "I KNOW I CAN" first of all Second, don't worry about anyone watching you exercise When I had a gym membership, I noticed most everybody makes a point not to look at each other, or buy or rent DVDs to use at home. I would recommend Leslie Sansone or Biggest Loser I love them Welcome to the team

Hey everyone. I'm 31, a nurse, mother of 2 and have lived in Idaho for almost 2 years now. I'm a diabetic, and my blood sugar has been through the roof as of late. My father died when I was a kid because of diabetes, and I'm terrified of ending up like him.

I'm 169 lbs and holding. lol. my biggest challenge is exercise...I'm so embarrassed for anyone to see me doing it. But, the only other option for me is death. So...142 lbs here I come. I hope.
