Hi To all, I have come to the point that I need to take charge of my health and body size. I need to lose 50lb in 4 months. I like the out doors and can still get around even in the snow. I love the snow because I have a lot of insulation. I have joined Spark because I need a trainer and some way of getting support if and when I run in to that wall. I am working out 5days a week and I do not want to plat-toe. I have set up a equipment room at home. I am trying to count cal, I only will get on the scales at the end of the month. I started this journey in Jan. I am trying to lean how to use Spark and have not got it down quit yet. I am motivated to succeed. Question, how are the foods you eat my chose put into Sparks?
