Hi! My name is Brittney and I've been overweight my whole life. I'm SO TIRED OF THIS BODY! I've tried several diets with no success in the past... even spent hundreds of dollars on "weight loss drugs" with no change. This year there will be a change though, a change in my lifestyle and way of thinking. I'm going to lose weight and become a healthier, happier person not only for myself but for my son. I WILL GET FIT! I need to be alive for his first day of kindergarten, highschool and college graduation, for his marriage, My grandchildren. I need to do this for the both of us!
I'm fairly new to spark people and I am already starting to get results!! It's so exciting!
I'm using a meal and fitness plan created by the site to give me guidelines and instructions, It's been so helpful. I do have a question though, my fitness tracker has given me two days off from the gym and I find myself craving to go!! I realize your body needs break times but I can't help myself from feeling like I should go!! do you guys think I should
