Welcome! So glad you made it here!! Yes, be very active on the site. I get my daily dose of motivation here every day. Here's what helps me -
1. Track ALL food & drinks ALWAYS. There are tips on the nutrition tracking site that make this very quick and easy.
2. Burn calories every single day. Walk, run, bike, whatever gets you moving but make it a goal to burn at least 300 calories a day (increase this after a while) no matter what. If you don't feel like it, go through the motions and do it anyway. Use the fitness tracker (also fun and easy to use) on this site.
The key is consistency and what you tell yourself. Don't tell yourself "I'm going to try.." Tell yourself "I'm doing it" You CAN do it!! I can't wait to hear about your progress!!
