I'm a middle-aged woman who lives in the middle of nowhere and I've been struggling with weight and fitness for the last 30 years. I need a change of attitude from healthy living being something I'm trying to doing TO myself to something I want to do FOR myself. Motivation is a big issue. I'm tired of being mad about the whole thing. I have to say this all seems a little overwhelming at the moment. But I'm grateful for all the resources available here. Wish me luck!
