Hi Shantelle! I have struggled with my weight for a long time, even went to a weight doctor and took expensive meds to help only to gain the weight back plus more. Since I've started with SparkPeope (Sept. 13), I've lost 10 lbs and my eating habits have completely changed (great recipes online) and it's been easy! If I can do, anyone can. This is a great website and I know you're going to do great!

Hi, my name is Shantelle and I am 24 years old. I have struggled with being overweight my whole life so when a friend recommended this website I thought I would try it out. I would like to lose another 70 pounds and I know that won't be easy but I have already lost 30 pounds since my heaviest weight back in high school. I love exercising once I get started but getting started can sometimes be difficult for me. I look forward to meeting new people and really getting into the community here to be inspired and inspiring others.
