Hi, Brye - welcome! My suggestions would be to shake your exercise routine up a bit - your body gets quite used to the same training regime. Also, journal EVERY bit of food that goes into your mouth. Very eye-opening to see how many calories we consume each day. Your half marathon is a great goal - what's the date?

Brye. I am a SAHM of two. A girl who is 3 and a little boy who is about to turn one. I am currently training for a half marathon and I want to lose about 15-20 pounds. I joined Spark People because even though I have been training and running I haven't lost any weight in quite a while. Hopefully I will stay the course and use this website to achieve my goals.
