welcome! to answer your question, when you go to the 'my nutrition' tab to record your foods there should be a button just below & to the right of the date that will say 'show meal plan' if you click on that it will show the recommended foods. good luck!

Hi, My name is Gwynne and I just joined Spark People. I am doing this with a couple of girls at work. I have diabetes and am hoping that this will help. I do have a question for someone out there. The two girls at work have a daily menu that Spark people posts for them. When I set up my nutrition profile, I was not given the option of following a meal plan.
Could someone tell me how to get that set up? Thank you.
