My name is Emily and I am new to Spark People. I am excited to finish my weight loss journey and finally see my goal weight! It used to be so far in the distance, I did not think I'd really get to it. After losing 60 pounds, I have been within 10-12lbs of my goal for a year now. I am really frustarated with myself. How can I drop 60, and struggle so horribly with 12? Maybe it's hard to really make it? I can't believe that could be it, but something is holding me back. I completely related to Darrus on the Biggest Loser this past Tuesday. I just ran my 3rd 1/2 marathon of the year, yet I sabotage my weight loss. I hope with the support of you all, I can see the goal weight I have always wanted. Thanks! :)
