I joined the "Spark" world last Thursday (4/29/10). I've been nervous to post, but here it goes . . .
The Recipes are FABULOUS!!!!! Not only have I already made one recipe (Heather121's Maple Pecan Chicken), but I've printed and am planning to make several more. What I love about the recipes, is reading the comments that follow. Everybody is so creative in modifying the original recipe to suit the tastes of their family or to fit into their particular nutritional needs.
I also like the suggested items to serve with the main dish. (I am not very creative and need to be given specific instructions/suggestions!) ;-)
I also LOVE the route planner on the Fitness page!
So far so good. The bad news is that my work load has been very light lately. The good news is that I have time to concentrate on my weight loss (tracking foods, exercise, etc.). My goal is to be on a good routine and develop good habits before my schedule gets busy again.
