Welcome to SP and the Idaho team. All those things you want are very achievable - there is so much information on this site, and so much enthusiasm, you can't help but follow suit and become more healthy. If you don't have it already, I'd recommend buying the book "The Spark". It is a really good source for bringing this all together.

I am also a CNA...although right now I just use it caring for my hubby, and he doesn't really need all that much skilled care (thankfully)...but I've worked in hom ehalth, I know how it can be...

I am 22 F. I am a Cna with a home health and hospice company. I got married in Nov of 09 (it was our 5 year anniversary). I think I am doing this as much for him as myself.. I was 136 when he met me and at the end of last year I reached 199.. I said no more! I want healthy children that I can interact with.. I want to be able to go into stores at the mall and try on stuff for the hell of it.. and I want to be the woman my husband and I both loved..
