I just found this website today by chance, was so glad to get some good advice about becoming healthier and losing some weight without paying an absurd amount of money first! My short term goal is to be at 180 by my 21st birthday, on May 24, 2010. And at my healthy BMI 150 lbs by next year. I definately need help sticking with it , so thankful to find a community setting, so hit me up!
