Rookie Running club team has a wealth of motivation, support and advise for runners. It's also nice to stay in touch with Spark Idaho. I would love to follow your progress. I'm a runner that hasn't gotten up the nerve to race yet so, it's motivating for me to follow other's progress. Good luck to you and welcome to SparkPeople!!

Hello from Meridian...My wife (already a member) suggested I join up to track my half-marathon training (instead of using Excel). I'll be running the Dry Creek Half Marathon in April, anyone else running it?
