hey, my name is tricia! I am ready to stop eat eating soooo much! ha ha! I wouldn't say I am fat but I am having a harder time maintaining my weight these days, especially since it is winter. I am really good at working out regularly but my eating habits are not the greatest; I have been doing better- I am really good during the day when I am at work, but when I get home I am ready to eat! I don't binge, I just eat more than I should!
