That was great advice!! I would also add that you don't force yourself. That will add up to burnout. If you don't feel like doing something just tell yourself you will try it for 5 minutes. Sometimes once you start you will go longer but if not short bursts of energy add up. Start with a small streak and see how that feels.

Start small and easy! Nothing overwhelming.

When I first started exercising I made myself a small goal. I had to walk 2 days a week at my local park, 1 time around the walking trail each time. That was it. Slowly over time I added to it. Now, 4 years later, I'm an exercise junky. Never, ever thought I'd say that.

Pick something enjoyable and somewhat easy and see what happens. You can do it!

Joyce

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the things you did do.

I am in my thirties overweight and I just want to stay motivated and on track to lose weight and feel great, I know what I need to do but sticking with it is my down fall!
