Start small and easy! Nothing overwhelming.
When I first started exercising I made myself a small goal. I had to walk 2 days a week at my local park, 1 time around the walking trail each time. That was it. Slowly over time I added to it. Now, 4 years later, I'm an exercise junky. Never, ever thought I'd say that.
Pick something enjoyable and somewhat easy and see what happens. You can do it!
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the things you did do.
