Hi. I'm 28 with weight to lose. I have many reasons to lose the weight. One is so that I don't get winded after going up a flight of stairs. Two is so that I can enjoy being with my dog and doing more activities with him. My goal this year with him is to get our Novice Preferred Standard and Jumpers title in agility. We already have our first leg and need two more. However, I think if I lose weight, that will increase our speed and time.
Also, I am a college student and spend majority of my time in class, sitting at a computer from 8-3 with two breaks. I am going to start walking during those breaks. I graduate in May this year and I am so excited and happy to be done. Just one more semester to go!
I have a lot of emotional stress in which I am receiving counseling for and by learning to accept my emotions, I will realize I don't have to eat all the time. I'll try to explain that later.
This is the first time I am actually looking at improving my quality of life. I will try to post more often. So that's a little about me.
