Wow! That sounds doable! It might be harder to fall off an exercise bike!

I used Spark People last year and lost 15 pounds and kept it off! but I slacked off this fall and now I'm ready to get back to work and lose the next 30 pounds! Now I just need to tear myself away from the knitting chair and get some exercise! Sometimes I take my knitting on a walk! I love life and enjoy my family of eight adult kids and fifteen grandkids!
