Excellent desires, and very possible to get your body where you want it to be! I'd suggest setting a goal each week, writing it down, and then just work toward it. You'll get there!
My goal this week is to eat only one cookie a day! We just made Christmas cookies and I hate to have them in the house. They will be gone Wednesday - yahoo!

I first signed up for spark people a year ago and have since put on another 20 lbs. I haven't used the website at all, till now. My main goals are to be healthy, fit, and active. I live in beautiful Idaho and for once, want to take advantage of my awesome surroundings. I've always imagined myself as being an active outdoorsy type, but never have been because I've been too lazy. By this summer I want to be prepared to hike, kayak, and bike and get out there and do all things I've daydreamed about doing.
