Hi, welcome to SP and the team. Congratulations on your first year of teaching and also on you achievements and goals. You are doing awesome. Hope you aren't missing the big city life.

I'm brand spankin' new here, and wanted to introduce myself. I'm 25, a first year teacher in southwestern Idaho (originally from Seattle...) and a tri'er. I completed my first Sprint Triathlon this summer, and intend to do an Olympic length triathlon next summer. Training for the tri made me realize how much I love working out and eating right, but it's been hard to know how to eat right, especially with the schedule I have! So I signed up here hoping to keep better track of where my calories go. Especially when training, every calorie has a purpose and needs to count.
