just joined this team yesterday. wanted to drop in and say hello. i have been shopping at SAL for years, they have good stuff and are less pricey as the other stores. i have only been to aldis once, guess i need to go try them again. im 33 yrs old married with no kids, i am on this journey to get healthy and get my diabetes under control. look forward to chatting witha all of you.
