Well, last night he used a garlic marinade, which was pretty good. But in the past we've done simply salt and pepper and honestly that's my favorite way. I also bake it in the toaster oven, when we don't have time to fire up the grill. (Same as regular oven, but doesn't take as much energy and heats up faster.)
That does sound delicious. My husband is grilling tilapia for us tonight - I'm looking forward to it already! I do better with mild-tasting fish, but I'm starting to get into salmon a little too, so maybe I'll try that next week.
