Love the fit & active line of products as well. I have found that Spark is superior to any of the other calorie counting sites, but that is just my opinion.

Definitely take time to read the nutrition labels, some time when your not in a rush, just go and explore the stores in leisure. I did, and was very pleased with some of my finds. I also agree with their awesome produce at Aldi's, I enjoy theirs far more than any where else. UNLESS I find a farmers market, then i am going for broke! lol

My advice is to read the nutrtional labels on the food. If you aren't sure you can always go to calorieking.com for answers and help.

If you like the McDonald's Parfaits, take Aldi's Fit
& Active Vanilla yogurt and layer it with with their frozen mixed berries(no sugar) and Millville Low Fat Granola w/raisins and Voila! you have your own home
made parfait. AND you can track it on your Nutrition
Tracker!!

I agree with Nancy - look for the Fit & Active label.
They make yogurt, rice cakes, unsalted almonds, salad dressings, frozen meats, lowfat broths, dairy products, canned goods, frozen foods, desserts. The cereals are all great - made by General Mills, hence the name Millville. Their produce prices can't be beat - I lived off them all winter and made stir fry's with boneless chicken breast, onion, garlic, peppers, and whatever other veggies were cheapest.
add some ginger and a few tbsp of any of the Aldi's
Chinese sauces, and you're done!
